LET’S CRAFT YOUR PERFECT CELEBRATION!
Here’s what’s included in the fee when you choose me to be your celebrant.
Personalised Meetings: We’ll schedule up to three face-to-face meetings (‘in person’ or virtual), including at least one with both of you, to truly capture your vision, essence and uniqueness. We can also have additional virtual meetings and unlimited calls to discuss ideas and details, and make sure every aspect is just as you want it.
Tailored Ceremony Design: Your ceremony will be meticulously crafted to reflect your unique love story and vision for your special day, ensuring every moment is meaningful and unforgettable.
Tailored Script: I work from a blank canvass to custom craft your ceremony script, capturing the essence of your relationship, your personalities, values and vibe. Ensuring every word resonates with meaning and emotion.
Assistance with Vows / Promises: I’ll guide you through the process of choosing or even writing your heartfelt vows or promises, helping you to express your deepest feelings and promises to each other / your little one/s.
Curated Music, Readings, Symbolic Actions and Rituals: From the perfect love song to meaningful readings, symbolic actions and rituals, I will help you to choose the elements that set the tone for your ceremony to be super intimate, authentic, memorable and simply You!
Printed Vows and Readings: Your vows and selected readings will be printed on quality card for your ceremony. If you’d like them presented on beautifully embellished card, adding a touch of elegance to your ceremony, and for you to cherish and keep as mementos of your special day, this can be arranged for an additional fee.
Order of Service: I will provide you with a detailed order of service for your ceremony, ensuring everyone involved knows their roles, and the flow of the ceremony. We want to make sure everything flows smoothly and seamlessly from start to finish.
Venue, Independent Planner & other Supplier Liaison: Relax and leave the coordination for your ceremony to me, as I liaise with your venue and other suppliers, ensuring everyone is on the same page for your ceremony on your special day.
Full Rehearsal: Practice really does make perfect! At a mutually agreed date and time before your ceremony, we can have a virtual, or ‘in person’ rehearsal at your venue to ensure everyone knows their roles and the ceremony runs smoothly on the day.
Conduct the Ceremony: Relax and know that on the day, I’ll be there early to make sure everything is set up and working and to make sure you have a memorable ceremony. I will leave plenty of time, so any unexpected spanners in the works should not be a problem! After the ceremony I will slip off quietly whilst you continue with your celebrations.
Commemorative Certificate: I can provide you with a beautifully designed certificate to commemorate your ceremony and cherish for years to come. Your ceremony can also include a ‘Certificate Signing Ceremony’ with photo opportunities.
Ceremony Souvenir Script: I will provide you with a digital script of your ceremony as a heartfelt keep sake of your ceremony to treasure forever.
Travel costs: All mileage within a 10 mile radius of my home address is included. Mileage over and above this radius is charged at 55 pence per mile.
Additional costs may incur for:
- Additional site visits
- Accommodation and subsistence – If I am required to stay away overnight we will agree such costs in advance.
- Symbolic ceremonies – The cost of any materials you would like me to source.
We will agree any additional costs in advance and these will be see set out in the contract agreement.
